Recently I was shopping around one of my favorite ecommerce sites, Backcountry.com and noticed how great their shopping cart design and functionality has evolved. I know they have been testing and improving the ecommerce experience for a long time, because in 2006 they hire us to design their shopping cart and checkout process.
